POSTCARDS FROM JOURNEY INTO YOURSELF

  1. Prepare a cardboard in postcard dimensions (approximately 10.5cm × 14.8 cm). Depending on your preference, it can be rectangular or have a fanciful shape.
  2. Think about how you feel at this moment, what you were thinking about during the day. Did you feel calm or extreme emotions? What made you feel this way? Try to analyze your internal state in a quiet and peaceful place.
  3. Cut out random words from newspapers that caught your attention (also use things you have on hand – leaflets, advertising brochures, old business cards, receipts, etc., or be creative).
  4. Choose different types of words – adjectives, nouns, verbs.
  5. Arrange them into a short text that will manifest your current internal state. Act intuitively.
  6. You can decorate the postcard according to your taste or so that it reflects your state of mind. On the back, where we usually write a message to the recipient, you can write an expansion of the content from the cutouts, or write nothing. Keep the postcards for yourself, you can give them to someone to share what you currently feel or think about, they can also be an alternative form of a journal – tracking your thoughts and states.
