- Try to walk the path you take every day with full concentration. Pay attention to the things you usually encounter. Is there any particular smell/sound? What do you pass by during this walk?
- Try to remember how you felt during this short journey, what you noticed.
- Try to record your thoughts in space. For example, draw shapes on the ground with a stick. Take photos of your marks.
- In your free time, try to take on the role of a guide!
- Lead someone through this path through conversation – you can present previously taken photos or if you have the opportunity, take them there!
