PRACTICE ON A 1:1 SCALE

  1. Try to walk the path you take every day with full concentration. Pay attention to the things you usually encounter. Is there any particular smell/sound? What do you pass by during this walk?
  2. Try to remember how you felt during this short journey, what you noticed.
  3. Try to record your thoughts in space. For example, draw shapes on the ground with a stick. Take photos of your marks.
  4. In your free time, try to take on the role of a guide!
  5. Lead someone through this path through conversation – you can present previously taken photos or if you have the opportunity, take them there!
