It is the result of a situation, a by-product of everyday life. This practice offers a moment of relaxation, a break from the currently performed activity.
Practice is about forming what is available at hand. What is important in the exercise is the lack of expectations, plan and project. It does not require prior preparation or purchase of materials, just noticing and taking advantage of the opportunity.
It may be easier to illustrate the exercise with an example: while making a cake, prepare the dough, before rolling it out into a thin layer, shape it into any form you like. If you are in the forest, mix water with soil and make a muddy object.
Anything that can be molded will be a good material.
